Once your order is received, I may email you to get more details about your mug. Pottery and clay are never guaranteed to turn out exactly how we want, but I promise to deliver a piece to you that you will love and cherish for years to come.

The timeframe for receiving your mug can take 4-6 weeks—please be patient! The making process for pottery is long, and because there is the chance of breakage during each step of the process, I want to make sure you have realistic expectations for when you will receive your custom, handmade mug.

Returns and/or refunds are not accepted. Replacements are only provided in the event that the piece has broken during shipping. Replacements may take an additional 4-6 weeks to make a new mug.
